3. Products and Availability

• Market Fluctuations: Our inventory consists of fresh, seasonal seafood (shrimp, crabs, flounder, mullet, etc.). Availability is subject to weather conditions, seasonal patterns, and the daily catch.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on market rates without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your call-ahead order or in-store purchase is final.

• Freshness: We take pride in our “Quality Guaranteed” promise. However, as seafood is a perishable product, we recommend consuming or properly freezing your purchase immediately upon returning home to ensure maximum freshness.

4. Ordering and Pick-Up

• Call-Ahead Orders: Currently, we accept orders via phone for in-store pick-up.

• Pick-Up Times: Orders must be picked up during our standard business hours.

• Unclaimed Orders: Due to the perishable nature of our products, if an order is not picked up by the close of business on the agreed-upon day, we reserve the right to restock or discard the items. Unclaimed orders may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of future call-ahead privileges.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of seafood, we generally do not accept returns once the product has left our premises.

• Quality Issues: If you believe a product is not up to our “Quality Guaranteed” standards, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of purchase) with your receipt and, if possible, the product or a photo of the product. Refunds or exchanges are granted at the sole discretion of management.

Our products are seafood (fish and shellfish). If you or someone in your household has a seafood or shellfish allergy, please be aware that all products are stored and handled in a facility that processes these allergens. Cross-contamination, while guarded against, is possible.
